Upgrade of Kleo removed all custom changes

Hi SQ

I recently had a lot of customization done to the theme, in order for it to fit my needs. However after upgrading the theme to latest version all of these changes are now gone.

 

I asked the developer who made the changes, and he says that he used the child theme, so an update shouldnt remove the changes. Could you please advise here.. The site is http://www.undervisningsklar.dk if you need a user to check it out then please let me know.

The changes should remain there even on theme update I've updated to many times manually and automatically from WordPress dashboard and I haven't loose the changes in the child theme. You can add the custom CSS in child theme wp-content/themes/kleo-child/style.css You can ask from hosting company for a files + database backup from the day where customizations were there but before that bacakup your current files+db Cheers R.
