Upgrading to BuddyApp

am upgrading from an existing theme to BuddyApp. Following points need your inputs

1. Events links in user profile go to 404
2. I want to remove line/box in all pages title display…the box holder for titles of pages on the wp page. how do i do that? Just want the title to come in..no boxes or top/bottom lines….
3. The title of page is all white merging with the background of the box….how do i fix this?
4. bp-custom.php is not honored by the theme…i had to paste my php modifications in functions.php..why is this so?
5. style.css in child theme not honored by theme? I Needed to put in css code in theme options? why is this so?
6. There is no header for register page? is it supposed to open in pop up?
7. Google login is a must like facebook login. Else plugin like wordpress social login tightly integrated with the theme. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-social-login/
