Hi, I’ve preserved for a couple of hours but I can’t upload the main theme. I have uploaded the child theme which has been stored under broken as there is no parent. I am not get a fatal error message just ‘that page can not be found’. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

Hi,

Make sure that child theme have correct structure.

Kleo-child contains

style.css
functions.php

Make sure that the kleo chind not cointains a folder instead of that two files.

If you cannot handle this please provide admin credentials.
