upload original default version of the home page template

hello,

I am quite new to wordpress but I am struggling to add the register form over lapping the main slider on top of the page. it always say Register Form visibillity setting is preventing to show the element :

Anyway I messed up with the home default layout for the homepage and I was wondering how I can upload the original version of the home page template to my wordpress website to start from zero.

I have deleted and added again the sweetdate theme but still the homepage will be the one I have edited and not the original version.
