MyAdvantage
ParticipantHi,
I’m not sure if anyone else has this problem but about a week ago our website’s ‘upload a profile photo’ page hasn’t been displaying correctly. Every other Buddypress page works as per normal, including the ‘upload a cover photo’ page, but the styling for the profile photo page is completely messed up.
See screenshot below.
Does anyone know what may have caused this, or what I can do to get the site back to normal? As far as I know we haven’t updated any plugins or altered the styling for the site recently so I’m not sure what’s triggered it, but it’s very annoying for our users as they can’t clearly see how they’re supposed to upload a pic.
Thanks
Using Kleo and BP 2.5.2

ModeratorHi,
Try to de-activate all plugins except buddypress, visual composer and k-elements and try again,to see if this continue to happens, also you can try to de-activate child theme to see if caused by this.
Also make sure that you have latest theme version 4.0.7 and also latest buddypress version.
Cheers

ParticipantThanks,
Indeed it was one of the plugins. Not sure how exactly as the plugin hadn’t been updated for a long time, but something set it off…
