upload size

I want to find out how I can make my users timeline uploads the same size. Kind of hard to explain. But for example when you upload photos, and media to facebook, every upload is centered and of the same size no matter how big your upload item was in the first place. Is there way I can implement this into this theme?

Of with instagram, every upload is 1080 X1080 which gives the site a clean look.Everything is uniform.

It seems that all the uploads are of different sizes and they just make the entire activity stream look messy. and unclean.

hi, yes im speaking of rtmedia. I would most likely want the images to be automatically set to 1080 x 1080 and if possible set towards the center in the activity stream. Is that possible. How would I code this in?

Towards the center… i am sorry but i do not understand, can you share a screenshot of exactly what to change?

Lets skip that for a second. I need help changing the profile menu items. I want to adjust the inner side menu for user profiles, groups,as well as the top right hand menu. How would I do that?
