Uploaded image to activity stream or goup update are disappearing after refresh

Hi there,

 

when I upload images to activity stream or group stream and refresh the page the images are gone. If there is text included in the status update as well as text, the status updates disappears totally.

 

But if I post only text it is staying in the stream.

 

Plase check urgently as I am launching my page on the weekend… :((

uploaded child theme folder again and now it is working.
