    Hi,

    I’ve had a few people write to me saying they are unable to upload a profile photo from their mobile device. I myself then tried to do so, and discovered that it in fact (at least for me) did not work.

    I went into my profile, scrolled down to “change profile photo” –> upload –> then there’s a blue button that says “select your file.” I clicked this button multiple times but nothing happened. I proceeded to try this in the “change cover image” section but got the same results.. nothing happening when I clicked “Select Your File.”

    I can’t speak for any other users, but I myself am using an iPhone 4s. I realize it’s a bit dated of a device, but its a smartphone none the less. Anyway.. can you trouble shoot the problem? Can it be resolved? What’s the cause and then what options do we have to fix it? Thank you!
