uploading problems

Paid for the theme and for support. Just having a problem uploading the theme into wordpress, won’t load for some reason. Thanks

Hello, if you have an issue uploading the theme by wordpress theme installer then try by ftp 🙂
Just upload the sweetdate.zip and sweetdate-child.zip to wp-content/themes
Then extract the .zip and it will create 2 folders, one for the theme and one for child theme

I am having problem to upload the Kleo theme at WordPress 4.7.1.

Genesis and Kleo child are installed, no problem. I tried uploading directly into WP panel and through FTP, both didn’t allow installation and blocks the website, error 500.

Problem solved. no need to give answers. it was a server fault.
