URL for Password Reset Not Working

Hello I seem to be having a problem with passwords being reset when users get the link to rest their passwords it takes them to a 404 page on our site. This maybe because of hide my wp please help

Also when I create a new user; the link for them to set their own password isnt working either

Hello, first try to update the theme to 4.0, then if still doesnt work, contact hide my wp support about this issue as its a compatibility issue with buddypress
