    Hi,

I have a big issue, I’ve chosen “Home Register” page from your them as a register page on PuddyPress settings, but it doesn’t show to users and BuddyPress register page has shown.

How can I use your register page as a preliminary register form and user after sign in starts to complete other required fields?

    Cheers,

    Ehsan

    Hi,

The shortcode can be used for sign-up in a single page only if you don’t have any additional buddypress fields.

The additional fields that you will add from wp-admin -> users -> profile fields will be shown only in the original buddypress register page, this shortcode can have only these fields.

If you really need to add fields there here is responsable file : wp-content/plugins/k-elements/shortcodes/templates/kleo_register.php but you will need to know some php and html

    Cheers

    Thanks,

But it isn’t possible user fill out first you demo page “Home Register” and after sign in fill out other required fields for BuddyPress?

I’ve chosen Home Register in BuddyPress register setting, but it shows its own register.php page instead of my custom page.

It seems that you don’t have enough team for forum. For instance, I have an account in aTheme, they are very active and they answer fast but here we must wait around 1 or 2 days!

You sold lot of themes, this is good, but don’t let your support activity make unhappy customers.

    Cheers,

    Hi,

It was weekend and also monday it was a public holiday.

    Support Hours

Our support team is available from Monday to Friday during regular office hours ( East European Time ).

Please allow up to 48hrs so we can review your request and respond.

The home register layout has available only the fields that you see on demo, the rest of the fields will be shown and completed on the original buddypress register page.

In buddypress page settings ( Wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> pages -> Register ) should be assigned the original buddypress page to can system work, and it’s not possible to have the shortcode page as original buddypress reigster page.

    Cheers

I’m working on the same problem for over a couple of days and I’m completely fed up with this.

The tutorial is not clear. I’ve searched through this forum and Google but couldn’t find the right solution.

The problem is that KLEO Register.php is overriding page home-register.

    KLEO-Developers:
Please give us a crystal clear tutorial with screenshots or videoclip for setting up Home-Register as the primary registration page.

(I don’t want Home-register as the Frontpage ; because it makes the new register page as the Homepage.).

Kleo advised to use this redirection plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ and that’s it….

    We need clear instructions; examples:

    1. In dashboard > Settings > Buddypress > Pages > Register field: select “Register” or “Home Register”?

    2. In Redirection plugin:
    Redirects > Source URL: “http://mydomain/register” or “http://mydomain/home-register”?
    Target URL: “http://mydomain/home-register” or “http://mydomain/register”

I did several combinations but nothing works!

Also my submenus stopped working after updating Buddypress and Kleo

    Additional info:

See screenshots; Buddypress settings and settings of Redirection plugin.

(Why do we have to use the Redirection plugin?)

    Hi @KookiDooki

I’ve replied you here for this matter: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/home-register-3/#post-164343 for the register page, we should talk about that in a single topic, let’s continue that in the mentioned link.

    Cheers
