1- is there anyway to control and see from the admin area the messages that users send to each others? this feature is in every dating software !
2- is there a limit on the messages a user can send and a limit per 24 hours ? to control spammers if i have a free membership ?
3- is there a limit how many images a user can add as per membership ?
4-i did not see a word filter
5- add to favorites where only the profile owner can see his favorites
6- who viewed my profile
7- live chat , send message is not enough, people love to chat

All the above is a must for dating software !

1. You can see them in the fronte-end by going on each user profile in the messages tab
2. see this plugin http://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-private-message-rate-limiter/
3,4. That is not available
5. Try searching for a Buddypress plugin
6. There are some plugins like: http://wordpress.org/plugins/yd-profile-visitor-tracker/
7. You can use BpChat, ArrowChat, CometChat

When Installing Arrow chat what should i select wordpress integration or Buddypress integration ?
and what database prefix should i select wp_ or wp_bp

Hi, You should select Buddypress and the database prefix should match $table_prefix from wp_config.php file
