User delete in backand makes a lot of errors and warnings

I delete a User in the WordPress backend, and now I have a lot of errors and warnings.
What can I do?

Oh and I got a E-Mail:

There was an error canceling the subscription for user with ID=3. You will want to check your payment gateway to see if their subscription is still active.
Error: not changing?
