User profile avatar not show in some cases

Hi guys,

Little problem, when a user write a comment on a post in my website, the profile picture is not show

Same problem in my forum …
Any ideas?

Hi,

Make sure that you don’t have some plugins that can cause conflicts, try to disable plugins that not comes with the theme.

Leave URL if disabling plugins not resolve the issue.

It’s “ultimate member” plugin !
Just need to fond how to fix the problem !

Not all plugins are fully compatible with kleo theme, try to contact the plugin developer or open a thread on feature request forum.

Finally, I just need to Hide specific page to unlogged people ….

Have you tried Paid Memberships Pro which is fully compatible with KLEO ? it allows you to restrict pages for certain user levels.
