user profile not expanding

Hi 7queen,

 

This is very frustrated the User Profile Fields 50% of the time it doesn’t expand on the admin site, this also the same on the website it don’t expand to edit the profile. I had tried it.

However it does brings back when I update now on certain plugins, this time it didn’t do it? Also if I loaded certain previous version that also brings back? But it always has updates, so it went haywire when I do the updater.

This shouldn’t happen? Not sure is there a bug on the updater, if so, then my will not be the only site that having this issue.

Can you tell me which plugin deal with this user profile area, I want to put a support in about the issue?

Hello, seems to be a plugin conflict, deactivate not required plugins and test again 🙂
