User Search Bug

I built a site and every time I search the users page it redirects me to the homepage. Sometimes it doesn’t. If I search for “safety” I run into problems.

Try it in your theme. Search Safety then get the results. Then search it again. 3 installations and all redirect me to the homepage when I do the second search.

A bug perhaps. But I have to launch a site and it’s too late to switch themes.

I cannot test because when I get into the backend, there is no “users” tab. You have to do the search in the “users” tab > search box.

You haven’t mentioned that you encounter the issue from wp-admin backend

I can search for users in backend without problem on my local install using latest theme version

Where can I see this behavior ?! anyway the theme doesn’t have anything to to with wp backend in that way, I recommend you to try to de-activate plugins and child theme then chek again if it works it means one f the plugins or one of the changes from child theme causes that.
