user signing in after selecting register form and then clicking sign in

Hello

plugin using – login/logout redirects

I have set it up to redirect after login to activity page

and this works fine when someone clicks login and then logs in

But

If a registered user clicks on register by mistake and then clicks the sign in option the URL now includes “register” and so when they now login they are redirected to “register/activity”

This is NOT the page setup in the redirects plugin so I get a 404 error

Please can you tell me how to fix this

Hi,

The register link shouldn’t be visible for logged in users but anyway please check the login redirect option from our theme

Wp-admin -> theme options -> login redirect

If you are using already a redirect plugin i recommend you to leave that option on default value, test play with that options
