Username in Profile tabs

I have just created a couple new profile tabs and used the following link to get the code for them to appear on the profile page: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/how-to-add-more-tabs-next-to-the-profile-image

That is all good to go, but I wanted to know if it is possible to have the Tab Names pull in the names of the two people attached to the profile. I have two different name fields, one that is “First Person Name” and “Second Person Name” Right now, the profile tabs are named: “About Person 1” and “About Person 2”, but I would like to know if it is possible to say, for example “About John Doe” and “About Sally Whatever” using the two name fields I have created.

I couldn’t find another topic related to this, so if there is, my apologies.

Hello, this will require to make custom code changes. You need to query those profile fields and here is the file that handles those tabs generation wp-content/themes/sweetdate/custom_buddypress/class-bp-tabs.php

Unfortunately that is not a quick solution to give and you might think on hiring a developer

I figured it would probably take some custom coding, but just wanted to reach out to see if there was an easier way I wasn’t thinking about. Thanks for the reply!
