I would like to remove this restriction because you can’t put accents in username .
( Registration Page )

“Usernames can contain only letters, numbers, ., -, and @”

I need possible character : é,è,ê,ë ,à .. etc..

I tested and it works only for russian, cyrillic, arabic letters.
So not work for the French alphabet 🙁

You should contact the author of that plugin and ask it to add the support you need.
