Users buys subscription but user info is not in the WP user database

Hello!
I have had this problem probably 10-15 times. ( I just updated the theme and plugins, I had issues before the update as well.) I recieved an email notifying me someone purchased a subscription and I see their information in the email. I then get an email from them saying they cannot login, they say their username will not work. I go to the wordpress user database and their info is no where to be found.

Any ideas?

Hi, It depends on how they register and what other plugins you are using. Normally users need to activate their account by email. Try a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-disable-activation-reloaded/ if you don’t want that.
