Users cant add themselves or chat themselves up

    Hi, I’m back again. Please I have a serious issue at hand. Users cannot add themselves or chat themselves up. Also, they cannot create Group or Forums on their own. And most times, if they click on Add Friend, it shows Page not found.

    Please help me treat as urgent as possible
