Users can’t login from iPhone

Hello,

I am having an issue with BuddyApp theme. Users can’t access from iPhone. I introduce the same user and password at desktop and it works ok but when using iPhone, the login page shows once and again.

There is no error message, the login page just reloads and that’s all.

What could be the problem?

Hi,

Make sure to have the login,register and activate pages on the exception list if you have turned on the private community feature.

Actually it was a problem from the iPhone itself. It doesn’t work if you block cookies. Thank you and sorry.
