Users Login Issue when forget their password

In Testing Phase, I created 2 restration as A and B

A –  Admin

B – Participent

When B is failed 3times to login due to type wrong username

Admin is also unable to login in account as well as WP Dashboard also

Kindly Give me the suggestions what I do to rectify the issue

You probably have a plugin that locks the IP address, not the account.

In some community and social sites like FB and Linked in we cant get this type of bugs.

To be clear, Kleo is not doing this. Its whatever security plugin you have installed. I have no idea which one you are using, but you need to read the documentation for it to figure it out.

Still Now Im not using any security plugin, Could you please suggest any one

Unfortunately I cant because I use on that will block the IP address. This is important because hackers will try multiple accounts when they try to break in. To stop them quickly, the best action is to block the IP address, not the account.
