Users signing up as paying member – Stating not secure?

Hi,

for some reason.. when a user tries to choose a package for my website.. when viewing on a mobile device and trying to sign up as paying member it comes up as ‘YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT PRIVATE’? it then says below Attackers might be trying to steal your information from (mywebsite.com) (for example, passwords, messages, credit card details)

then it has a button staying back to safety which when pressed takes me back to my membership page??

however when I try to choose a paying package on a desktop pc I don’t get this error message??

it says.. when I try to go to checkout page.. there is a problem with this websites security certificate

we recommend you close this webpage and not use the security certificate??

please advise as to why you think this is showing

Hello, this happens if you choose SSL gateway option, disable ssl and that screen wont appear 🙂
