My first problem is that the plugin Visual composer that came with the theme is not functioning correctly. When I try to add elements to my page they don’t show until I refresh my page and my template previews are not working when I click the down arrow to preview them. Can you help me please? I noticed that VC has an update but since I purchased mine through the theme, I can’t get it. Is there an updated plugin for the Kleo?
Also, and I know this really has nothing to do with the theme, but today after having an unrelated problem, their support had asked me to deactivate and reactivate all of my plugins. Well, when I did, my front page is all messed up. Part of the code is showing on the page and the text stretches all the way across the page. Can you take a look at that?
As I was having a series of problems, I thought maybe re-importing content from the Kleo demo would set things straight.. well, it didn’t, but not only did it change things, one thing I liked on my page is now gone.. when a user logged in, their avatar would show up on the front end of the page replacing the My Account tab. Now that is gone. Can you help me get that back?
Can you take a look at this and tell me what I need to do to fix it?
