Hi, after update to sweetdate Version: 2.9.3 the child theme has disappeared !!! Sweetdate child theme was the active one before update but now I can’t find it. What should I do? Should I upload it again from VERSION 2.9.2 since the new version 2.9.3 package is still not available for download at themeforest.net ?

    Hello, what did you update?
You should never update the child theme, if you did, try to request a backup form your hosting or you will lose your changes.
Updates are only for main theme.
If you updated the main theme only and Child theme is not on your list, please share ftp and admin credentials so i can check it out 🙂

Hi Laura, Thank you for your reply.

I received an update notification through wp admin. I clicked update and later noticed that child theme has disappeared. I’ve re-uploaded and reactivated the child theme and everything looks fine now.
    Thanks
