Very big Problem

Hello 7Queen Team,

I need your help urgently. The following problem:

My site was very very slow, took part, 30 seconds to load. In WordPress Plugin Update I received a message from RT Media. This I took off as well and then the template is no longer as before, complete disarrayed.

How i can update rtMedia template files, because i got this Message now and my template is not really working.
And slowly, the page still is.

And the other is that social media button can not click on it.

Hello,

small update. So I reset my design. It was not RT Media, but at the WP-Cache plugin. My page is now slightly faster and that it was because more than 20 “Pending User” were registered. When I adjusted it, then ran a little faster.

Nevertheless, it is still too slow. I made using a plug-P3 a measurement and shows me the following values, which I’ve attached as an image. What can I do with my site run faster?

Hello, as you can see in your screenshot, the “Other” plugins may be causing this issue, deactivate them one by one and redo the speed test. Also consider using W3 Total Cache instead of wp-cache, a cdn like Cloud Flare and WP Smush for image optimization. But the most important is to delete those plugins that are creating the conflict 🙂

thanks for your answer. I checked now all plugin and i can win some more speed. But still slow. Please take a look on this, maybe you find a solution what i can do more.

Hello, please give me admin credentials so i can try to give a bit more speed to your website 🙂
If you want me to setup cloudflare i will also need you to create an account there then give it to me with hosting details to setup dns

wow, that’s really different now. Thanks so much. I allready open account on cloudfare an set all. Now we have 24h to wait, because i had to change the DNS. The Account files is this>

again a thousand thanks to you for helping me. If you are already in the process and are in my admin area, could you please sometimes an eye on the following?

In the attached screenshot, you can see the user profile, here it is so that the text field for some items is too small. How can I customize this area? Or if you have the time and inclination, you possibly could adjust it?

Unfortunately, the social buttons do not work when I click on it nothing happens even though I have stored the data for it.

Would be really great if you could look over there once. How do we know if the DNS is enabled in Cloudfare?

I have found, though some users are only registered as “Subscriber” and more than 2 have this status, the site is extremely slow, can invoke only with difficulty. My solution is always, I change the password of the relevant user and Sign me once and, then, the Member also “Participant”. After the page has been resumed. Why is this so, or why is that? Especially why is this status in some members?

thanks for your Answer. Because i mean when you check on Google PageSpeed Insights, they show me some errors, like “activate Browser Cache”, JavaScript- and CSS Rendering block, Picture optimize, Java script reduce and HTML reduce.

Please check this on “Google PageSpeed Insights”, then you see what i mean.

Hello, sure 🙂 i’m going to check it out now.
But really, do not worry because all website has this kind of problems, it will never be 100% as that means it doesnt have javascripts or css 🙂 But i will try to optimize it a bit more.
