Very slow load times

Hi here,

We’re finding our site is very slow loading.  The initial time it takes to receive the first byte of data from our server is 5 or more seconds.  I’ve contacted our web host and they have gone through disabling all plugins and switching the the default WP theme and saw a huge improvement.  When the plugins were re-activated it was still OK but as soon as the Kleo theme was activated it started taking forever for the initial contact back from the server.

We have on the current version of Kleo and WP.  We are also using W3 Total Cache and have Cloudflare activated to try and help.  Have moved scripts to load in the footer, etc.

Are there any there other things we can try?
