Video image slider and sound don't show on the post' header

Hello,

 

I have a bug with my video, image slider and sound on the header. Nothing appear.
Please look the screenshots for my them setting option and for my article. (example for video)..and please tell me what’s wrong?.

I have the developers looking into the upload issue here.

In the meantime, can you give me a link to the article you’re having issues with. I’m having a hard time understanding what the issue is since “video image slider” doesnt make sense to me.

it’s a video OR an image slider post.
Please login with admin access.

You’re using the built in visual composer grid shortcode which only shows the posts’ featured image. If you want videos and galleries to display there, you need to use the Kleo Posts shortcode.

Ok @sharmstr thanks I’m gonna change it…
But now I have a big trouble : my icons on my profil desappear and I don’t know why ! It’s terrible because I must open my website on 24th Dec.
Please help me !!!!

You have customized them to use png files, so I cant really help. I have no idea what you’ve done, but your server is throwing 404 errors on those icons.

please be sure I don’t do anything. I think my website was hacked…

What can I do? You arent using the standard fontello font icons that come with Kleo. You’ve customized your site to .png icon files. Those files aren’t there anymore. See my attachment before showing that your profile icons are missing.

Because your picture is taller than it is wide. Kleo is set to use the full width of the container for the picture. You can turn those off in Theme Options > Blog and add your own picture using the media button.
