I am trying to use RTMedia to add a video to a group and it just isnt work. The progress bar shows and completes then it just reloads the page and posts the status text but not the media. I’ve tried uploading directly to RTMedia section in the group and that did not work either. I tried using the WordPress Media Library uploader and that did not work either. Just refreshed the page once the prgress bar is done and there are no changes made.
My file upload limit is 2GB btw….any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you cant upload via WP Media, then its not a Kleo issue and its probably an issue with your server. You can test this by enabling the WP 2015 Theme and disabling rtMedia.
