Video player not showing poster image

Hello,

First of all thanks for this theme, it’s great and I’m enjoying it very much!

I’ve got one issue with my video player that I set full width; it’s not showing any poster image when the video has not started, and I’d like to fix that.

My screenshot is in attachment.

How could I do please?

Hello again,
I still haven’t resolved this.

I can add that I found 2 issues when displaying the site on an iPhone 5 :
– The first full-height row show on all screen making it impossible to navigate on the page (not happening on android device or iPad)
– The featured items don’t center, whichever the setting.

Hi there, if it is a self hosted video then you need to add a image placeholder in the Post edit options(if that is for the featured video of a post)

Thank you for your answer.
In fact, I’m facing this problem when building a Page and using the Video Player included in Visual Composer.
I set my Youtube link + full width, and no image shows up when the page first loads.

How can I fix it ?

Oh so if it is a Youtube video then it is related to Youtube and check the thumbnail in the video editor or if is a fresh uploaded one just wait a bit longer so it appears

The fact is, the thumbnail shows just fine on Youtube and just fine as well on my page when it hits a certain size, (around less than 1200px).
It just does not work when it’s 1 column or full width, which is weird.

well it is something related to youtube and you should do an internet search for that.

Tried it and didn’t work but thanks anyway.
In case you know, how can I block the view on a google map in visual composer ?
Don’t want the user to scroll on it or be confused.

If there is no such option for the Map shortcode then some customizations need to be done on the shortcode template to disable the scroll..

I ask you one last question and let you be : how can I increase the size of the Kleo Tabs ? Precisely, the text inside ?

Glad to hear it is resolved. The text from the tab should be edited from the tab shortcode.

Increase the text size and/or the Tab size ?
