video posts using posts grid

I’m using the Posts Grid element on my home page to show all my posts. I’m trying to figure out how I can incorporate a video to show up along with these posts. In the Posts Grid options it doesn’t allow me to also allow videos in there. So if I make a post and put a video in there and set the post as Standard OR Video, I don’t get a video on the homepage.

On your portfolio example there are posts as well as videos. How can I make this happen with Posts Grid?
