    Hello seventhqueen,

     

    I have purcahse kleo theme. when i uploading video from my desktop to media it is uploading proper but when i uploading video from apple device it is compressing video and after that they not uploading. Please look into this and let me what is best solution for this.

     

    for more clearification i have attached vidoe what happening when i  trying to uploading video from any apple device.
