View all search results error

when I click on view all search results I get an error page.

Hello, that is a search result, a page or post you have which is bad formatted, you would need to delete it

Hello Laura,
this is strange, cause it is my Homepage.
As you can see, the code shows the Search form.
This is an Error, cause when I click on Denis it shows the real homepage, if I click on “view all results” it shows the error page.
