Visibility content of profile field

Hi Laura,

How to hide the content of profile field without hidenot profile field name.
Ex, i have a profile name and content
as bellow:

City Tokyo

I only want to hide “Tokyo” as **** or it will display the visibility level (ex:Only My friends)
It will become:
City Only My friends

Right now this is not possibly or would require some development, i suggest to hire a developer or just work with it as it is
