Visibility options on registration page

Suddenly on my registration page there are now visibility options under several fields. It says: “This field can be seen by Everyone (Change)”.  If the user clicks (Change), there are radio buttons that show the options: Everyone, Only Me, All Members.

How do I remove the visibility options from the registration page? I never had them show up before. In Users > Profile Fields, I’ve chosen to enforce field visibility for all fields.
