Visual Builder Not Updating

Hello,

Visual Builder is not updating in my websites using KLEO. I get an error requesting an activation code in order to update the plugin. However, since Visual Builder is packaged with the KLEO Theme, there is no need for an activation code. I’ve never had a problem updated Visual Builder in the past. Can you please give me some guidance with what the problem?
