Visual Composer drag and drop issue

I hope this isn’t a “duh” question. Is anyone else having problems with VC drag and drop?

In existing pages (pre update) I can’t seem to drag elements around. If I create a new page, I can.

FYI – VC plugin says I have version 4.2.3 installed.

Please send me username and password to login to your WordPress admin panel to be able to replicate your issue. Don’t forget to check “Set as private reply” box under Tags field

Interestingly, I can now edit with the front end editor (which I couldn’t do before the update) but not with the backend editor (which did work). Now having used both I think the backend is easier to use because the frontend distorts what the page actually will look like.

I logged in your WordPress admin panel and tested VS and everything works fine. It may be a problem with your computer. Try clear cache on your browser.

Sorry – my fault. I forgot that I had installed another plugin after updating.

The culprit is a plugin called “Display Product for WooCommerce”.
