Visual Composer Duplicating Images

Whenever I edit using the frontend visual composer everything looks fine, but once I exit the visual composer and view the page I get these duplicate thumbnail at the bottom.

credentials you provided are nowt working anymore so I am not able to replicate this… also, I don’t see any duplication in your screenshots so please explain better.
