Visual Composer Grid builder – how to add extra elements to post grid and how to adjust spacing

Hi

How can we add(to the Post Grid):

• number of comments (icon + number)
• number click on post (icon + number)
• number of gallery images if the post has a gallery (icon + number)

via the visual composer Grid builder or the Visual Composer Shortcode Mapper?

And remove some space between:

• the titel and text (see attached image)
• date/author and the bottom? (see attached image)

I really hope you can help me.
