Visual composer issue?

Hi for some reason a few elements on my pages have messed up.

The main one being that the background image for a row I was using has disappeared and cant be re-enabled on any page? I had this image enabled on the background tab and set to cover.

Also an RTmedia short code for a custom gallery is not displaying correctly. These issues happened at the same time so I assume they’re related.

Please help.

Thanks! I’ve been tearing my hair out! For some reason I’ve rolled back to a previous version of the plugin and it hasn’t gone back to working. Is there a way to find out what’s causing the error?

Probably doesnt work with the latest version of VC. You need to contact the developer.

Whilst waiting for the developer to get back to me I setup the site from scratch on a different domain. I’ve had the same problem again, only this time there’s this message in the dashboard.

“The following plugin needs to be updated to its latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Visual Composer.”

I cannot see a way to update visual composer. What should I be doing?

VC 4.4.2 is located in the plugins directory for the Kleo 2.4 download on theme forest.
