    I can not activate visual composer so I can do updates.

     

    I tried using my evanto username, api key and purchase code.

    This isnt a bug. The plugin is bundled, so you dont get a license. Furthermore, you need to stick with the version that corresponds with the version of Kleo you’re running. Currently that is 4.8.1

    Does this mean that if we wish to purchase a license so we can get better support from their team that we cannot? I need live support, there are too many issues to wait in forums for a response.

    You can get support from them if you purchase a copy of VC. The issue is that Kleo makes many modifications to VC so you’ll probably get push back from them, plus, you need to run the version of VC that matches the version of Kleo you have installed. For example, VC is up to 4.9.2, but Kleo uses 4.8.1.

    side note: The next version of Kleo will be VC 4.9+ compatible.
