Visual Composer Media Grid shadowbox not working

Hello! I’m having a little trouble with the Media Grid that comes with Visual Composer which comes with Kleo Theme. If you watch the gif that I have attached here you will notice when I click on the thumbnail, the shadowbox popup will appear for a split second and then immediately go to the image url. I want the thumbnail to open the full image in the shadowbox popup and not link directly to the full image. What could be the issue?

Hello! This problem is still not fixed. When using the Single Image or Image Gallery element in page builder and choosing to open the images with prettyPhoto, it works fine. I can even browse through all the other images on the same page even if they are in a Media Grid. But when clicking on an image in the Media Grid then it does not work, it will open in prettyPhoto for half a second and then go directly to the url of the image (see the gif I posted in the original post).

Seems to be a specific problem with Media Grid and Masonry Media Grid because Single Image and Image Gallery works fine.

Hi,

In first place update the visual composer plugin, check in wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins :

The if the issue persist, de-activate child theme then check if the issue persist, if yes de-activate all plugins except visual composer and K-elements.
