Visual Composer not showing!!

Hi don’t know why – the Visual Composer disappeared?? And an element (Redefining Healthcare title) on home page is not showing – it shows on backend not on live site?

How do we fix??

Also I want to update the theme – do I update the child theme or the regular theme if the child theme is already active? What do I do?
