Visual Composer Not Working

Visual composer on Kleo theme is not working. I am unable to see the visual composer option on my wordpress top dashbord strap.
When I tried to activate the plugin from visual composer > product license it will redirect me to envato page and then to visual composer page and then it will prompt me to purchase the license. I believe that this plugin comes with the purchase of the theme itself.

Hello, you do not need to validate the plugin as it comes with the theme, please try to uninstall it and reinstall it using the theme plugin installer, if not working please share admin credentials so i can check it out 🙂
