Visual Composer options not showing

Hi,
I am having an issue with Visual Composer where the Theme specific options are not showing. EX. No Members List options or even BuddyPress tab at the top. I just reinstalled everything also and I am using a child theme.

It appears that none of the “K-Elements” are showing.

Resolved – User groups access rules needed to be adjusted in VC settings.
