I am very frustrated 🙁
I bought the KLEO Theme and uploaded the Zip file to my hosting server. As i installed the theme and afterwards the child theme + all the plugins (which worked very well), it could not install the visual composer, because a newer version of it was required. I tried a few times deleting, reinstalling and reactivating the theme, the problem is still there. The programm also says “this file already exsits” – but i cant update or use it in any way.
May you please help me? I am trying to make this thing work for two weeks and its very unsatisfying!!!
My wordpress version is higher then the required 3.8..
