Which one? The latest VC is 4.8.0.1 which is available in Kleo 3.1

Hello, must be older version because theme auto update is not working for me – I have a separate ticket about theme auto-update not working. I received a message from Themeforest stating there are security issues?

I asked what version in the other ticket. If you have less than Kleo 3.04 (if I remember correctly) you need to upload via FTP. I’ve already given you the link with instructions on that.

I am using GoDaddy managed WordPress hosting, I do not have access to the FTP?

according to their website you can. Every account type says “SFTP access”

Theme version is 3.0.10 – & no, there is no FTP access with managed hosting, I installed the theme initially via the WordPress dashboard – not FTP.

I just talked to godaddy. Every account has the ability to upload files. Contact them for assistance.
