I recieved an update warning for visual composer, the update requests a licence key but I know that Kleo has insite that plugin. When will I recieve the update also via Kleo? Thanks

Just in case, I have wordpress 4.5 and Kleo updated to 4.0.5 and I changed the js (app.min.js and app.js) too and still have the same bug.
Thanks Ricardo, but I don´t have the option to do it. How can i get it the new version if it is included in the theme and from there I don´t have the update option? I can´t do it directly from the plugin develeloper.

Plugins like Visual composer and Revolution Slider, which are premium plugins bundled in our theme, will get updates from SeventhQueen trough our own update system.
Just go to Appearance – Install Plugins and check to see if plugins updates are available and to update them. It should be a relatively easy process.

Visual COmposer does not appear in plugins for me. It is in the menu and there is no option for updates.
Visual COmposers’ website says; “If Visual Composer came integrated in your theme, then ask your theme provider to update Visual Composer for you or purchase license directly from us to get free automatic updates.”
So I guess I need to download the latest version from you.

Hi @aten Try this url logged in your site (changing yourdomain.com for your real domain)
http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=install-required-plugins&plugin_status=update
This will show the update plugins page for those which are included in the theme. I was 3 months without realizing this.
If that url do not work for you tell me and I will put a print screen where get that link in yoour wordpress.
I hope this help finding this updates.

I have found another way to update the Visual Composer:
The steps that worked for me were:
1.) Backup
2.) Deactivate Visual Composer
3.) Delete Visual Composer
3.) Go to Appearance – Install plugins and re-install Visual ComposerNow it works again.
Sorry that my requests got a little messy but it is okay now haha 🙂

I have tried both the above options with no success. Can’t you simple email me the plugin?!?!
The above link didnt work (forbidden error page) and the delete and reinstall wont work because I do not have the latest version of the plugin. Can you please settle this issue once and for all?

Hi,
I cannot email you the plugin, because s bundled in theme i don’t have it separately, before running procedure from above, please make sure that you have theme updated to latest version 4.0.5 then follow the previous procedure.
If you get error forbidden page in the install plugins it means that is some problems there, please disable all plugins first, deactivate child theme, by activating the parent, then perform plugins update.
As you can see the users has already did it…
Please follow again the procedure with all plugins and child theme deactivated.

It worked now thank you. I wanted to advise everyone that I decided to uninstall this plugin AND NOW MY SITE LOADS SO MUCH FASTER!
This plugin may help you design sections of your site but after you complete this task, you can remove the plugin and the design remains in place. I highly recommend uninstalling it to improve page rankings (site loads faster) and the stability of your site.
