Visual Composer Will Load on Pages But Not Posts + Centering Header Menu and Logo

Hi,

Two items;

1) When using Visual Composer, the modules and editing functions work on pages, but when loading a blog post, the screen displays the screenshot (attached) and is in a continued state of loading forever.

 

2) When changing the header to center, the menu is centered when the logo should be centered. Menu left align, logo center, shopping cart right aligned. Screenshot attached as well.
